Graduate student Karishma Dhuri presented her interesting work on “Targeting aberrant miRNAs for diverse therapeutic applications” as a part of UConn RNA Salon Graduate Student Seminar Series on February 19th 2021. Karishma’s work highlighted the strategy of simultaneously targeting two different oncomiRs for lymphoma therapy. The use of nucleic acid therapeutics to target a single miRNA for stroke therapy was also highlighted upon.
